So you are only seeing 6 PSI after transition?

What other work was done to the car besides a new clutch?

just the clutch. I toke the manifold off and check all the hoses and it look fine but when I take the air control valve it was black like carbon build up. Should I go non-sequental?

If you dont have any other mods to the car besides a clutch then non-seq most likely isnt for you. In order to get the most out of non-seq you would need a full exhaust, intake, etc...

If you pulled off the upper intake manifold, it sounds like you miss routed a vacuum line in the install process.

Recheck the vacuum lines, especially the two on the firewall side of the UIM. I miss routed those once basiscally had no secondary boost.
