Installed brand new greddy bbk fronts about 1000 miles ago besides then putting out a lot of brake dust they squeak every time I brake. Is this normal? Any ideas or what I need to do to make it stop. Please help me out guys thanks

 

What kind of pads did the kit come with? Sounds like a race compound

 

So should I change the pads?

 

bbk will not make the brakes squeek. the type of brake pads will. if the pads are dusting and squeeking a lot you probably have a race compound type pad. changing pads will stop the squeeking.

 

Also a dab of brake lube used between piston and back of pad/shim reduces harmonics.
It's a religion with some manufacturers to keeps brakes from squealing. But it's just as likely pad compound. Particularly with heavy dusting.

 

or if you can aquire BG brake quiet that goes on the compound of the pad that does miracles.
