Unhappy need help with a few probs!

hi i have a quick question about my RX7 fd3!

What it is that my fd3 is not running to its full to its potential, it feels like the turbo's dont seem to be kicking in! not too sure that it is turbo lag but would like to know!

Also my seatbelt light is flashing on and off with my window is going down in stages! not sure what that is!

One more thing, i was cleaning it today at the jet wash! When i got back in and started it up the head lights started to dim and the battery was on but dimly lit with the oli light and the temp light the same aswell!!

Any help would be great
Many thanks!!!
