drove 2oo miles on the highway when i hit a stoplight or 2 the coolant buzzer went off got it home and removed the ast and went to a 2nd gen filler neck flange with overflow nipple and new overflow tank drove around and stop at stoplight buzzer goes off tried to burp the system and when you take the filler cap off the and start the car the coolant overflows out the neck took thermostat out to try to burp the car immediately forces coolant out overflow and doesn't stop and when you drive it with out the thermostat the temp goes up to normal operating temps about 85 celcius

i have a reman motor new koyo new cap and flange and seal new overflow tank the motor has 500 mile on it

needing experienced help am beyond frustrated have dumped over 4 grand in the last 3 months and still cant drive the car i will answer any questions you might have that will help

ps my ast cap has never had an air release valve on it was it supposed to saw that in my searching the problem
