Don't buy that car unless your ready to drop in a new motor. With those compression numbers, I would be worried about the car making it home. Im not being sarcastic. My car pulls high 90's on all faces, thats on a rebuild with just over 30k very punishing miles. If you don't trust me at least listen to goodfella, he is one of the most highly respected rotary specialists in the country.

BTW, Mazda dealers don't know **** about these cars. Even the dealers with master rotary techs (very few) still don't know ****. Listen to the forum members before you listen to some half rate dealership mechanic that couldnt change the spark plugs without the FSM.
