NEED HELP! Car wont start...possible ignition switch problems...

Okay, I'm having trouble starting my car. It's been down for awhile and pretty much everything in the car has been taken out and put back in at one point. I get everything back together and go to start the car...nothing. Starter isn't cranking. Checked voltage on battery and it was dead. Bought new battery, starter still won't crank. Also, something really weird happened when I tried to start it. I would insert the key in the ignition, turn it to ON and leave it. The ABS light, charge battery light, coolant and oil warning lights are all on. After about 10 seconds the coolant buzzer goes on and stays on. This is with the key just in the ON position.

Next I checked the voltage to the positive terminal 'B' on the starter, reads at 27.0. Next I checked the voltage at terminal 'S' with the key in the start position. No voltage. So the manual says to check the ignition switch. So now I think that I might have f*cked up the install on the turbo timer (dunno how thats possible though ). So I remove the turbo timer harness from the ignition switch. Now when I put the key in the ignition nothing happens! No lights, no buzzer, no nothing...just black. ****, so I put the harness back in...still nothing.

Now, as per the shop manual, I've checked continuity on the ignition switch. This is where I'm confused... Now, with the key in the START position, the manual says there should be continuity between terminals B1 & IG2 and B2 & ST. My multimeter reads like 7.80 ohms when I put the key in the START position and connect the terminals. Does this mean I have a bad ignition switch?

Please help dudes!

Okay wait, I lied. When I reinstalled the turbo timer harness and switch the key to ON I get the warning lights and what not back...but the turbo timer isnt installed! Just the harness! So bascially I'm taking apart the ignition switch connector, and putting two connectors in between it...

I don't get it...
