need help with a bolt size

So I'm trying to put my front suspension back together and I'm missing 2 bolts (previous owner used the car as a parts car, so I was missing my upper a-arm) anyhow I need to know the size of the bolt that holds the strut to the bottom a-arm and the little bolt that tightens down the upper a-arm to the wheel hub.
I checked the FSM and all it says is Bolt and nut... no specifics... but in the pic it had a few numbers 37-53(3.7-5.5, 27-39) and 94-116(9.5-11.0,69-88) what do those mean?

Torque specs. Just order the bolts/nuts from Mazda.

well I was kinda hoping to just run to the store and buy the bolts cause I somehow always have problems when I deal with mazda.... like when they gave me the wrong intake manifold gaskets for my 87 t2... got the damn thing apart and low and behold... wrong fn gasket.... so then I had to get my 86 na running real fast and go to autozone and order the correct gasket which ment my weekend project of changing gaskets and vacuum lines turned into a week long project... and I had to drive around my loud as hell streetported straight piped n/a.
Thanks though....lol I should have figured those would be tq specs.

He owns 2 FD's, so he's not likely to mess up. Unless you ask for the wrong part...

Order those from Mazda. It will be nearly impossible to find the proper grade, length, etc bolt.
