Unhappy Need Help bad,My car is so slow

I just got my RX about 3 weeks ago.I had put in a Rebuit streetport motor(360 miles on it sofar),Rebuit turbos,Koyo rad,Apexi FMIC with the air filters,HKS dp, 3inc high flow cat,RB dual tip ext,All new Silicone hose from Hose techniques,Pettit ECU and alot of new oem stuff for the motor.

It will hit 12lbs of boost and hold it, but when u give it gas it feels like someone is pulling the E brake up.
The car has no power and is alot slower then a stock RX.
Any help would be realy nice ive been looking all over the forum and how to sites but i cant find anything about the way my car is runing.

I know what 12lbs of boost feels like and my car feels more like 2 lbs with 150hp to the wheels (its realy that bad)

If you are hitting 12psi and not accelerating it sounds like the clutch is slipping a ton. Any smell?

The clutch is a new RB street one and works fine.
When u mash the gas it will boost up fine but it feels like something is holding it like the E brake is up.
When u drive it under 3k it drives fine,It only happens when the turbos come online.
Also all the brakes and E brake are fine so i know its not that atlest.

Hey are you boosting 12psi on a fresh rebuild without breaking it in? That isn't good on the motor if you are. You should be breaking it in over a 1000 to 1500 mile period before really boosting on it. http://www.scuderiaciriani.com/rx7/rebuild_kit.html#HOW That should help if you are.

If I am mistaken please forgive me I just lost my second motor in 4 months and I am debating with my mechanic that it should be covered under warranty considering that I broke it in right and have never driven it hard. Just be careful. Have fun and I hope you get that problem fixed.
