Need Help with Auto to Manual Conversion on RHD FD3S

Need help with the wiring portion. I brought back a auto FD from Japan, I only got an auto because I got early orders back and I had to sell my manual (it was too new) and got a really good deal on a low mileage auto (and I wanted a sunroof!). I’ve already swapped the rear diff, driveshaft, transmission, installed the pedals, and shift ****. What I read on the forms for the wiring was conflicting and most of it was for USDM. I’ve tried bridging the connectors on the gray connector (2 biggest wires) and no luck. Has anyone successfully swapped a JDM car and what did they do for wiring? Please help. Thanks.

I figured it out. When I dropped my steering column to make the pedal install easier one of my ignition plugs came undone. Plugged that back and jumped the 2 fat wires on the very plug and it started right up. Just need to figure out how to get the hold
light off. It’s blinking non stop. For anyone converting JDM car from auto to manual I was able to do it with Auto ECU and harness. Also I highly suggest you installing the clutch pedal first then the brake if you don’t remove the dash when installing the pedals.

I would just pull the cluster and remove the bulb for the Hold light. Long term you may want to find a manual cluster with the 8000 RPM redline anyhow.

I do have a manual cluster and was planning on swapping next time I pull the dash, should I be able to plug and play?

I believe so, I don't think there's anything special about the process.
