Need button on clutch for starter lockout switch

Driving around today on business. After one of my stops, I hop in my car only to find that when I turn the key, the starter is completely silent. Anyway, I push start and drive back to work. After searching around for starter problems (this forum is awesome!) I discover that there is a starter lockout switch on the clutch. Anyway, after crawling under the dash, I discovered the deteriorated remants of the rubber button that mounts on the clutch pedal and actuates the switch.

Is this button available from the dealer? Part #? I called the local dealer and he couldn't find it. I imagine I could put a hex bolt in there, but I'd rather get the rubber button. Any other fixes?

Thanks in advance,
Ken

Be a real mechanic and make you own. Just think what it needs to do, and what will work just as good but cheaper and better than what Mazda did. If you can't do it, then sell the car!

I remember seeing something recently that that part was actually available from Mazda and it was pretty cheap. But, one thing I did on many FC's with the same problem is get a stick-on pad that's designed to go on the bottom of a chair or other piece of furniture. They're dirt cheap for a big pack, and they're even in the hardware section at Wal-Mart. Works great.
