I've got two questions.
I'm planning on buying an FD, it's got a dealer installed engine with only 3K mi, should I still get a compression check?
Also, how much would you pay for a '94 R2 (stock except for M2 DP) with 42K?

why'd it need a new engine so soon?
but ya i'd for sure get it all checked out cause i've heard soem bad stories about dealer mechanics + rx7's.
there aren't that many R2's so it's gonna be worth what you'll pay for it. shouldn't go for more then 19 though i'd think.

Hey thanks for the advice.
The car was a "garage queen," the original owner tried to baby her, the second owner babied her for three years until the engine finally gave out (apex seals...I think).
I knew the FCs needed to be driven regularly, I guess that true of FDs also.
Does anyone know of a good place to get a buyer's inspection in the Cincinnati, OH area?
