Question need advice for fuel system

well after seeing 100% injector duty on my commander its obvious that i should have upgraded the fuel system a long time ago. the whole fuel system is all stock now. since ive finally changed out the stock intercooler my injector duty has shot up to unsafe levels. now i want to upgrade the entire fuel system including pump, injectors, fpr, ss lines, and whatever else is need to be completely reliable at my current levels but also work with my future goals.

here is my current setup power wise: stock engine, stock turbos, pfs intake and intercooler, bonez dp and high flow cat, racing beat catback, efini y-pipe, tuned pfc w/ commander, full non-seq conversion, and boost controller tuned to 14psi.

future power plans: bnr stage 3's or small bb single turbo probably around 16-20psi, and probably mild street port when stock engine craps out.

i guess i havent really payed much attention to the fuel system or researched much about it until now. i know the fuel pump should have been switched out a long time ago. i thought that i had more time to upgrade at least the injectors because i thought they maxed out at around 400hp at stock fuel pressures.(which i dont think ive reached that level yet???)

im sure there is a thread that i missed but i havent found much addressing my need to satisfy my current setup and my future levels without switching out injectors. i want a good reliable setup without spending a ridiculous amount of money.

what do you guys think?

Have a read of this thread:

Also check the FAQ for other past threads on the topic.

You can get the stock secondaries enlarged to 1200 or 1300cc by RC Engineering and get by for now. That will support 350 RWHP. Or you can go to 1600cc secondaries from rx7.com or kg or others

i guess my biggest question now is there any difference between running 850pri/1300sec or stock pri/1600sec?
maybe a little better fuel economy with the stock pri/1600sec?

850/1300: Basically, you can use the stock fuel rails for this setup. This would allow you to keep all emissions component if you desire. The downside is that some tuners have a problem tuning the idle with larger primary injectors. 1300's are enlarged 850's. Some people have reported injector failures from the enlarging process.

550/1600: For the most part, the opposite of the above.

alright i plan on rewiring the pump, upgrading to the 1600 sec inj and new rail, FPR, and getting the new RP pump installed.
has anyone had any problems with the RP pump, or think this isnt the right setup?
