I hate how much crap I have to remove to get to the thing I need to work on. That's way the entire car is built. You can't fix anything without removing something else that is in the way.

hell yeah, the other day I changed my thermostat. Piece of cake i thought, just pull off the housing and change it. Had to remove part of the intake box, disconnect all the intake hoses, remove the crossover & IC hose. The FSM recommends unbolting the air pump and loosening the belts, but I was like f- that, and weaseled my way to the last bolt. I think i took at least 2 hours to remove everything and put it back together(i'm slow).

I know what you mean...I just don't think it's necessary. I turn the key and go...although I don't get on her until she hits 180 degrees...

Call me obsesive, but I take that a step further.

In "Warm" starts, like spring/summer starts, she reads 70-80 Water temps from the get-go.

So if it's fall/winter and I start the car, I wait until she hits around 80 to roll away (doesn't take long) and won't boost hard until 175+. Sometimes, (like even last night), it's hard to reach 180 if its cold enough out. Only go above 180 if I stop for a while.

more of them are being wrecked by youngsters. and there are soon to be less and less of them on the road. ALSO THE PRICE IS Getting cheaper & cheaper

if the sequential system wasent so complicated & rusty i wouldnt have gone non sequential

BTW is always un predictable

I hate the fact that its affordable now - and every irresponsible, no taste having "boy racer" has one. It's so sad to see such a great car covered in stickers, wings, and carbon fiber crap - racing all over the place spilling coolant and oil every inch of the way.. I also hate the fact that I can't even back out of the garage without a swarm of ******* civics waiting down the street to try to provoke a race.. It's not much more than a kids car anymore; and it sucks. I only hope to get more than 20 bucks for mine when it's finally back together to sell...
