Name of the Momo wheel in 1996 RS/RZ/RB model?

Name of the Momo wheel in 1996 RS/RZ/RB model?
I searched, but couldn't find this exact one. Does anyone know the name of this wheel? According to the Brian Long book, it first appeared in the 1996 FD models, except Touring X.
