is a N3A7 ecu safe is a CA 1993 FD

So I just got my FD a cpl moths back and it has a N3A7 ecu in it witch i think is a Jpec ecu I want to know if it is safe for me to run it here in so cail and if I go power PC will it work just ok , the car feels like its runing ok but I dont want to hurt it bcuz I have very good compression on my fresh rebuild

in cail we have a very bad 91 gas so thats why I worry
