Even if your engine is blown, you can still test it.
First record the close and fully open TBS values for the stock unit.
Take notice of how the values change as the throttle is floored.
Install the new unit and adjust the low values as close as possible as.
Then test it as you did the stock unit.

Post the results.
I would like to get a new TPS as a backup in case mine goes bad.

Im going to try it. I'll make a thread when I get it. Although, I'm on Haltech so it might not be as useful.

so I got and installed this sensor. With the throttle closed and adjusted all the way down it reads .86v and at WOT it reads 4.88v. Fits perfectly.

Required a different connector and switching two of the 4 leads. It ran ok but the two voltages were way off, when rotated for first engagement, the low was 1.19 v, the high was 3.09, and when the throttle is fully
opened, the voltages were a little low.

Their are some Mazdas from the 90-200N year that use the same size as the TPS4107. Such as the MX6 - Wells TPS481.
I spent a couple hours on the net trying to find Toyota, Lexus, and MX6 manuals but with no results. This included multiple forums.

All we need is someone with access to old Mazda manuals to find similar voltage range as our FDs.
I think the voltage from the mx6/626 tps is very similar to fd full range? But it’s only three wires, should be fine with most after market ecu

But the Toyota/Lexus wire/spec is closer to OEM(4 wires)
Assuming they are both actually fit

Just got one from a salvage yard shipped to me and I will be trying it out on a Power FC as well as my Adaptronic Modular ECU in the upcoming weeks.

My tps just died and I’m about to buy one like the one you posted. I’m running a Haltech 1500 could you provide a pin out. I bought the pigtail already and don’t know where to splice

The TPS is now part of the Classic Mazda Restoration program and you will be able to buy new genuine ones from February 2021. They need to purchased from Mazda dealers in Japan, but that can be arranged through one of the many parts agents who offer to buy parts from Japan on behalf of overseas customers.

In the meantime, Raceonly in Australia also sells a suitable replacement part.

I was told the raceonly TPS would not work without programing (won't work with OEM ECU's). Good option for folks with aftermarket ECU's though.

Resurrecting this one, as I found an OEM KJ0118911 CHEAP on eBay. Verified that it fits, but requires a quick re-pin. Works with aftermarket ECU.

Just 'member that these labels are viewing the harness connector, from the wiring side (going into the harness side connector).
