Mystery Item

Ok, i was putting back my car piece by piece and run into a few item that i dont really know what it is and what plug in to it. The car is was auto and in the process in swapping over to a manual. So far i swap almost every thing to manual beside the gauge harness.

The item is right behind the flasher unit and doorlock relay.

That would be the mystery item " key interlock resistor" for the auto tranny shift lock system. Seach in your shop manual under Z-76 EC-AT shift lock system. I removed all three of me FD "mystery items" when I did those conversions.

No it's not a "unless" plug but rather a useless plug. This is the "option switch plug, three wires Black, Brown and Brown/Yellow. Goes to CPU#2. You can view this "unless" plug on page Z-90 of your green shop manual.

Is this all you got ? C'mon you have something hard to answer, right

It's a spare plug to input something into the CPU#2 for purposes of alarming. Never seen anything offered on here to plug into it before ( probably something in Japan ), so disregard that 3 prone connector. When I did my harness strip downs I just cut it out, all the way back to the ground poitn, JB-01 connector and the hood switch wire.
