mysterious connectors, what are they?

ok, just got done replacing my engine, tried to start it and nothing, after some troubleshooting i found that it isnt getting fuel (we put some fuel in the housings and it did fire) fuel pump is pumping when set to test in the diagnostic connector too. i havnt gotten down to testing power on the injectors and such. but when i put in the new engine i replaced the engine harness with a brand new harness from canada and i found a couple connectors on the ecu side that i dont recognise, nor can i find where they connect. so here are some pictures, the large black one is on the engine harness side and it looks identical to the connector on the control unit (black box), but its already connected to the car harness, and the other two are single wire female connectors, the one with the yellow stripe is on the engine harness and the red stripe is on the car harness.
