Anyways looks Like you got a pretty nice car there.

How about some under the hood shots?
I wasn't real crazy about the plate holder, but I think it turned out okay, especially with the vanity plate. I had a hard time, or rather the shop had a hard time with Chuck's bumper. I wish I had the time and skills to do it myself and I might have kept it, but as such I was 3 hours labor @ $75/hr in the hole and it wasn't to my satisfaction. Chuck assured me many times that it does indeed fit, so keep at it. I just couldn't afford to keep throwing money at it. If you are not using the stock bracing then you might try that (you will have to take it off of your stock bumper).

The shop that you had do it must be a bunch of ediots! When they drilled any of there holes, the location of the hole wasn't even close to the holes on the lip side. The hood side was even worse, I don't think you are suposed to trim to much off the L shaped part and use that to mount and adjust (not shure thow). I am useing all the stock brakets now and heave redrilled all the holes on the existing witnesses and am having alot better sucess. I think the way I will have to mount the top, will not be the way chuck intended, but should work out fine. I might post some pics before it is painted, if any one would like to see.

oh it was done by Martin? He's going to repaint my car. I was thinking about doing it but with my 99spec fogs and the scoop for the ASP medium intercooler I think the fitment may be a major issue....

Fantastic car!

Montego Green is close enough to the popular teal colors of the late 80s and early 90s that now look so dated (think: 1992 IROC-Z), that there's just no way you can love it for long. To be honest, I didn't even love it when I bought my car, but since there were only two new '95s around and both were MBM, I didn't have much choice.

In 1997 it wasn't so bad. Today, when maybe 1% of the newer cars on the road are green or green/blue, it really looks dated. Worse, the shine is killed by even a light coat of dust/dirt, and it turns a dull blue when that happens. I liked it most at night, when it looked like a dark blue/black, so that's what it is now.

Simple truth is, no way is a replica going to fit like a stock part. Anything can be made to fit with enough work-how much do you want to do? As of now, if you want a made in urethane, 99 spec style bumper without a plate holder, that is your only option. I would contact Chuck for tips on how to mount his bumper.

Sure, I would love to see pics!

I actually have a feed type 2 spoiler that is going to go on the car. look several posts ago for an example. the 99 spec is a bit too vertical for me, I like a lower profile.

The wing is actually unpainted, but you should get the idea.

The car belongs to "KaiFD3S":

well I have installed the feed type 2 wing. most notable observation, there are two holes that remain uncovered in the rear deck lid. also there is a bolt at the front of the inner support of the stock wing-whoops! I like the feed type 2. I have pics, but unfortunately my comp suddenly stopped recognizing my 6-1 card reader. Weird!

thanks for those pics speedking. It's hard to tell from the pics, but I think the feed type 2 spoiler (replica) follows the lines of the fd well. Clicking the adjustable center piece up, gives an almost supraesque appearance from the back, without being ridiculous like the supra copy spoilers I have seen.
