I dont know exactly what he would charge for all that work plus the welding the cracks on the flange. He gave me the friend discount as we help one another out. I can tell you many man hours went into all that work.

Lots of very nice detail work going into this build. Can you explain what the porting will do on the turbos?

Great looking build. Might I trouble you for some more info on those fuel rail fittings? I'm in the 'design' phase of my new fuel setup on the street car and I've actually been looking for something very similar. Thanks much.

Quick update:

Car has 39712 miles, running 99 spec twins now with 7k on them. Car is at spring pressure (7psi) making 290-300rwhp. Hope to get some small things done, retune to 12psi and maybe be be done until I go water injection if my wallet allows me to.

How do you make so much power at such low boost? I am sure it is a combination of things but that seems awesome.

Well alot of modification of small things Im sure helped out as well as as im sure there was some creep but it is running strong.

99 Spec Twins (More efficient over stock)
Power FC computer
1300 CC injectors
Supra fuel pump
RB SS down pipe
RB SS mid pipe
RB SS single tip cat back
PF SMIC
PF Intake
Throttle Bodies reworked

Tweak It has tuned it for me to get it back on the road. Hope to get some items swapped out and do a re tune. Would love to have 325 Setting 1 for everyday driving and 350ish for setting 2.
We will see..... money is tight and FD's are not cheap to play with

Dont look like I am going to be able to finish this build the way I want it as it still needs tuned, water injection, and then all the 99 spec parts I want and paint.

1993 Mazda Rx7 twin turbo low miles 39K
Running 7psi right now on a set of 99 twins (7k miles) making right at 300 rwhp.

Most of the work done in the last 1k miles (last 2-3 years):

Tweakit Racing Tuning (Thanks Dan),
Tweakit Racing Airpump Delete Pully,
Racing Beat Down Pipe, Racing Beat Mid pipe, Racing Beat Single CatBack ,
Power FC with Commander,
PFS Intercooler, PFS Airbox,
HKS SuperSequential BOV, HKS Ign. Amp,
High temp black coating on upper and lower intake manifold,
1300 CC injectors in the secondary’s (RC Eng.),
Mazda Motorsports (Ron Davis) Alum. Radiator,
Poly motor mounts,
Greddy Boost controller,
Aeromotive FPR (Removed the factory FPR and FPD),
Stainless Steel fuel lines,
Garfinkle Oil pan Brace, Garfinkle Engine torque brace,
Supra fuel pump,
Throttle Bodies reworked and polished,
ACT Clutch, Pressure plate, ACT Lightweight flywheel,
Dual Oil Coolers and all new lines,
All Emissions removed (might not pass in your state with out tuning),
relocated and up graded GM fuel filter,
Eibach springs and shocks,
SS brake lines, SS clutch line,
Defi water temp and boost gauge where center speaker was,
Innovative Wide Band,
every rubber hose replaced,

99 Spec rear tails and center section,
99 Spec ashtray,
94 Textured Plastics - ALL replaced inside over the 93 smooth,
Rear Cargo hatch cover,
Swapped the leather seats out for the Base seats.

This is the Rx7 I wanted back in high school and after owning over 45 rx7's I got this one about 4 years ago with 36K miles.
Posted it on Ebay in case someone loves it more than me. If not I hope to finish it in the next two - three years and get her back out on the streets.

Chad

Ha ha I hear ya brent. You will be there one day..........
But for real if I can get the water injection and tuned for 12/14psi im sure I will want to keep it soooooo bad. And maybe I will and just scratch the 99 spec front end idea.

I'm really impressed you get so much power from such low psi, it really is something. I may have to model my route after you, but have a long way to go..

The RB downpipe/midpipe, those items are long discontinued? When were those purchased? I'm thinking maybe there's a chance they just don't list the items on their site as I found out recently they actually do have single tip exhausts available haha.

not sure the age of them but do know someone who had dyno's to show the single tip RB muffler flows better over the dual tip so I swapped my dual out for a single and before that I had a M2 catback that I also liked.
