Unhappy my rx is in trouble, please help!!!

hows everybody doing, i hope better then me. tonight i decided to step on it on an onramp onto a highway. everything was fine until i started slowing down. I heard a wierd whistleing sound coming from the engine bay. so i gave it full throttle, and at 4500 rpms when the second turbo is supposed to kick in, i heard the whistle again and it was only boosting to about 7 pounds. after about fiften minutes of driving, huge billows of white smoke started coming from the exhaust and from the twin turbo area. does anyone know what might have happened, what broke specifically? it has to be the second turbo, is the twin turbo unit easy to take out? thanks for the help guys.

Satan's RX7- does the smoke smell like gas? if the car idling rough, is there hesitation when you floor it now? If you answered yes you probably blew off your map sensor. Not a big deal Do a search.

If not you probably blew off a vacuum hose somewhere. good luck finding it.

There's a turbocharger coolant hose that gets soft and splits very dramatically and pukes all over the hot turbos. Mine went at 40k but I was lucky to pull over before the needle went above 3/4. It's pretty scary as there is no warning, just a little steam coming around the headlight/hood seams at first. But you said steam out the exhaust..uh oh..
