Smile My R1 w/BNR Stage 3s is *finally* hitting the dyno

Well, after a prolonged wait, it's finally going to happen. When Kan flies out to NJ to host a Gotham Racing tuning session (see the NE section), he's staying at my parent's place and tuning my R1 . Then it will hit the dyno pushing around 18 psi and we'll see what she does. Unfortunately, my altered ports don't exactly suit the turbos, but I'm shooting for over 400 to the ground. I think I've got the right guy behind the datalogit to get me the numbers, so stay tuned folks.....

Most definitely, Steve is definitely Da Man for the mission. He did straighten out my map, even though I just came back from Dave's Dyno tuned session. No more neg. split and sputtering at high boost...smooth as bb's butt. Make sure you have a Valantine or a good radar and a long straight freeway with out too much bumps, I top out 145mph on 4th gear.

Hey Rich, I can't believe you're even thinking about the FD while you're roasting out in Baghdad.

How's Baghdad? I read from the papers that you guys are still being shot at and worse.

Please, please find some WMD otherwise some high-falluting politicians just got a bunch of American soldiers killed for nothing by crying "Wolfowitz" (for those who don't know, that's our deputy Secry of Defense who is eager beaver to attack everyone and anyone wearing a rag on their heads in the Middle East and remake these people in our image).

Politicians are always eager to send other people to die for their own polictical ideas.

Badog Tony is coming out here to do some tuning in july so I should be ready for ya...at least as ready as possible. anyhow...i look forward to meeting you in person..and seeing your car. all our hard work over the past few years is finally paying off. I cant wait.

Yo po,

thinking of the FD is the only way I can keep my mind off all the horseshit out here. Hell, today another soldier was killed by a damn sniper and a building 2 blocks from here (I run right past it in the morning) was hit w/an 82mm mortar round killing 1 Iraqi and injuring 12 more.

I'm not big on the whole politician thing. I'm fairly ignorant about stuff I don't give a **** about---hell, I don't even know which one is the donkey and which one is the elephant

Hola J,

chocolate chip cookies are yummy .

Yeah, I just want to make over 400 reliably on pump gas. As far as the vid goes, can we get that Murcielago to line up in between us ?

It seems like a loooong time ago that you called me asking for advice on mods and whatnot. When I'm back in NJ (prolly for the month of September after I spend August with Gotham) I'm going to try and set up some kind of NE meet.....it should kick ***

take it easy man--
Rich
