Why doesn't someone just make stickers for a 99 conversion? I know there are materials out there that could be cut to specification in just about any shape. Some sort of 3M product?

Its not easy as just putting stickers on top.. There are some tricks to it.. It took me few tries to get it right..

Like the design Phil. Phil does a awesome job, I saw him made several designs for the tailight. So if anyone wants it done, Phil is da man.

 

DOn't be confused. The whole sticker thing was a product idea I had, but I had no means to produce them :/

 

Ok.. I understand.. I decided to do this because I knew it will be reversable.. unlike painted.. which are impossible to reverse..

Damn I'm jealous I wish you could have done this 4 months ago when I painted mine 99 ghetto style. I guess its time for some paint thinner .

 

It'll burn through the plastic ruining your lights from what I've heard. Just take your lights to a hardware store and they should be able to help you out on what to use.

OK, this comment makes no sense to me at all! What business secret is Phil giving away? Did you patent the process of using stickers for the tail light conversion? Well, you need to stop being a player hater and let Phil do his thing...

at first, in the first pic, i though u forgot to take the tape off the back side of your lenses but the second one with the light off looks ok. I think you should make the center circle thicker so you can see it better when the light is on.

 

And I hate people who don't read the entire thread before replying .

They already resolved this little snafu a few posts up above.....
