Any pics of the underside with everything installed? Pics of ducting? Wondering how low the radiator sits and if you're using an undertray.
Have you had a chance to put those fans under stress (i.e. long time in traffic with summer temps)?
I've been pondering ideas to make my own v-mount in the next year and studying everyone else's setups for ideas. Spal fans are in the plan but haven't found feedback on how they work from others that have used them.

Thanks for all the feedback, I'll try to take some more pictures tonight when I get home.
Cost - I can PM you the cost of getting the IC and Radiator/shroud/fans made if you'd like.
I haven't made ducting yet, but I really need to. After driving, I felt the cold side of the intercooler and there's definitely not enough air going to the intercooler right now. I have a 3 piece undertray that I got from Shine.
The fans are AWESOME! The stock FD fans are pretty strong as it is, so it's difficult to find fans that pull more CFM than the stockers, but this pair of 11" Spal HP fans pull a significant amount more cfm than the stock fans do. I have each on their own 30 amp relay.
I kind of wanted to keep my A/C, but in the end, it was much easier just to eliminate it.

I really need to make some ducting because the intercooler is not getting enough air. Water temps are fine, around 180-190, but I have the fans kicking on at 190. Oil temps are crazy low. When I'm moving, oil temp is at around 140, it only gets up to 180 if I'm and a standstill. Not too sure why though because I'm using the Mocal oil thermostat.

The Mocal thermostats are famous for opening early, sticking open/close, etc. My first one would randomly stick closed. The replacement opens early at 150-F.
When you start the car cold, feel the coolers as it warms up and look at the your oil temp gauge when the first cooler in series starts to feel warm.
When operating properly, my oil temps never went below 160-F when warmed up. If your oil temps are taken at the filter pedistall, I wouldn't worry since that's the temperature entering the motor. If 140-F is at the front cover after the oil has passed thru the motor, then yes it's too cold.
