Looks nice!

If you aren't going to keep the front cover over the IC, you might want to patch up the existing air passage for the stock airbox.

looks pretty good, id take those pipes out and repaint them somthing else if your going to keep them.. in regards to your post about the intakes, all of them are setup like that man, its no big deal. If you really are worried about it make a heat sheild out of some thin aluminum.

Jon,

I saw you had another post looking for a stock airbox.

Trust me, you don't want or NEED a stock airbox when you already have cone filters. The intake path is fine just as it is.

But please duct tape up that intercooler ducting hole.

lol thanks for all the replys i will try to get all the questions in one post

"you might want to patch up the existing air passage for the stock airbox." - you mean the hole on the top of the plastic piece that corrals air to the IC?

im gettins 2 new chrome flying m badges asap

whats an AST?

and i have a 3'' dp, a stock midpipe, and a 3'' from the midpipe back - i think, im gonna have to check b/c ive only had this 3 days

"Help me out i want and intake too " - say what???

i live in raleigh, thats my brothers MSP and yea it kills the corners but this will too when we get done modding it

i dunno a/b replacing the intercooler, its allready making 300 rwhp and thats alot for a 15 yr old :-) - but maybe

and yea we are gonna do suspension soon, i dunno how soon tho

Yep, the hole on top of the intercooler duct. There is a cover that goes over top of that which directs the air from that hole over to the stock air box. Without that cover, the air just goes up into the hood.

Take a look at this picture:

http://mahjik.homestead.com/files/FD...3/MVC-008F.JPG

It shows the cover that redirects that air. If you don't have the cover, just cover up that hole so your IC will get all the air. If you want, you could get crafty and make a duct to reroute that air over to your filters.

Good deal man, nice car.
Like everyone else sugested for mods, take your time and do e'm one by one, right the first time.

I highly doubt you though making 300 hp with only DP, CB and intake, acualy that's completely imposible, take it to a dyno.

Good luck with you car.
