Yes, a S15 front end and i think you would be set exterior wise.

SR20 Na? I cant imagine what that would even drive like... Any power figures on it?

I don't have a dyno sheet or toque #s but was told it dynoed 190whp its not much but this is a daily so i don't care much for power as long as the car is clean.

I don't think i'll go S15 front but was thinking about the S14 Kouki front but for now the car is clean and im not going to touch it for awhile.

Yea, 24teys are like crack your gonna want more soon. The thing that they have over FDs is the unlimited choices in engines/body/suspension etc. + not as expensive for the parts.

Horrible cars as stock but amazing platforms to work with. Save up for a proper exterior and engine swap (Rb25/26 are the most enjoyable). And Invest in a nice alarm they will attempt a 240 before a Rx7.

Enjoy

The exterior is already set at least to me it is and for the engine swaps RBs are to commend i'll try something different.

But yah i'll need a alarm especially in my area, the car is always in the garage though so thats good but just to be safe im going to get a alarm system anyways.

WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

i still have ur poster hanging in my room, your FD is my second favorite FD of all time behind DCUPS and he already sold his too. i didnt even know u were 19 man, i thought u were like in ur 30s. ur living the dream i dreamed about since i was 14. seeing DCUPS and you selling your FD makes me depressed yet i cant imagine how you guys feel

but in the end, it just didnt work out for you but i respect that. if i were in ur place though, id probably find a cheap s14 to buy around $3,500 and still keep the FD

Soooo im use to working on my FDs engine all the time and i try to learn as much about it as i can and do my own work when i feel comfortable doing it....But now i can't so its kinda boring bc most of my time goes into working on the FD.

So what i plan on doing is buying a 13b re block so i could learn how to rebuild a rotary(main thing i want to learn) and gather up a lot of cool parts because i plan on swapping a 13b in to the S chassis in like 2-3 years if i still have the car(got this idea from deined autoworks).

Im mainly doing this just to keep me busy bc i haven't been working on a rotary engine in a while so i don't want to loose my knowledge on it and i am a rotary enthusiast.

Im in no rush for this i just want something rotary related to keep me busy.

But here are more pics of the S14 for those who want to see...

i shoulda taken a picture but i was out in rowland heights last night and i was heart broken to see an fd out in the rain in a plaza parking lot. with no front bumper. NO DRIVER SIDE GLASS had a towel covering it. yes it was raining and the towel was obviosuly wet.....and bondo on parts of the car. i heard the person crashed it obviously looks like it. but still if that was me i wouldnt have even taken it out especially in the rain just to fk up the interior. when i crashed my fd i put that **** in the garage saved up money ( MONThs of non stop work 2 jobs ) to fix it and im still not done lol. Altho running, not to the way it was until i get more money in to restore it.

FD's are money ******...but i <3 this car so much. but to that person/kid that owned that fd i saw at that parking lot. his disposable income is going to an internet cafe spot...which should be going into fixing that fd. it should be a crime to do that to an fd >.<

but ya s14's are nice. if you convert it to kouki yes it is ricered out but it has more class and style than your ordinary typical ricer car =P

I don't blame you for selling it though. IMO FD's are for people with good "disposable" income and most kids don't have that. When you're that young money should be spent in school, beer, spring break, not some broken down 15 year old car.

You made the right choice enjoy
