My lip doesn't extend down at all. I removed the stock base model lip and replaced it with the splitter which is only 1/4" thick.

That was tongue in cheek. This thing is simple to make and anyone who really wants to can fab it (or have it fabbed) for not much money.

Of course I have seen that most FD owners fall into two categories: They have enough money that they can just throw it at somebody to get what they want, or they don't have enough money and are unwilling to take any initiative or do any work on their own part and so ask everyone else to do it for them
