My first FD after 10 yrs wait!

Finally got my first FD!

Been a dream car ever since i was in high school and finally picked one up!

Its been a month since i got it... its been awesome when it was drivable! But lucky me... had one of rear driver side pillow blow out doing a simple U-Turn 2 weeks ago! Any who i guess it would be a good time to just replace all the bushings!

well whatever i plan to invest in it would be worth it... cus i got this car for free! it looks like a beater but the car runs... my plans are to try to keep it as stock as possible

Here are the investments so far...
Super Pro KIT130k
Atomixrex Pillow Ball Bushing set
Sony MEXBT3900U

Plans:
Matte Black Paint Job

Problems...
One problem i think im having is a turbo leak. I am only maxing out at 5psi

Free...and it RUNS? Can't complain.

Looks like you've got yourself quite the project though.

Best of luck. Hope to see you rollin' through San Diego one of these days.

Congrats man. I've been wanting one since I first saw one in 96 and just picked up a major project myself in February, so I know the feeling of excitment. Good luck to you on your project and keep us updated with the cars progress.

What kind of degreaser do you guys use, I have yet to have success with any I have tried.
That also includes a healthy amount of arm power invested into it as well...

I have sone kinda black grey gunk on the side of the engine bay frame rails that I cannot seem to get off...

Btw, that looks fantastic, some might criticize, but for free man, you are doing awesome, the flat black looks good, and the clean engine bay pulls it all together nicely...
