Nice!!

Very nice job on the paint. I have been painting with my step-dad for 4 years now(started when i was 16) and it is alot of work!! Sanding is the most head pounding of all. Can't sand to hard but got to sand hard enough. Very very nice i have to give you big props on this. I was thinking about painting the rx-7 im fixing to buy a blue along those lines. but thats way off(buying a wrecked rx-7 and fixing it up).

Very nice! Car looks beautiful! But why not paint the lower front air dam? I hate to offer a suggestion on something that already looks so nice, but I do think that would be a nice finishing touch.

Whoa, first post I read after introducing myself and I am looking right at another Hokie, and one with a beautiful FD no less. +1 on the great paint job. Is the RX-7 in Bburg for the winter? I'd love to see it in person.

Are you a freshman? Have an RX-7? It will be here until Thanksgiving, then she gets covered up for the winter. I also have to fix some spots in the paint that weekend... you can't tell from the pics, but I goofed in a couple spots . And I need to do something about my doorhandles, chipped paint and overspray from a previous owner's paintjob. Oh well, overall it is nice for my first real paintjob, a learning experience for sure.

And check out the car club of VT (CCVT). http://www.carclubvt.com/

Mostly good guys, the car show and cookout are the weekend of the 22nd, good times.

I'm pretty active in the car club here and my car will be at the show. Stop by and say hi; if I'm not by my car just ask around for Matt/afterburn27.
