What does Stage 4 mean? We need specific mods. How many miles on the motor? Is it the original motor or rebuilt? Stock ports or is it street ported? What kind of turbos are you running, where did you get them from, how many miles are on them? It could be a bunch of things, we need more info from you. Does it only happen at start up or does it happen always? Does it stop when you're driving or do you just think it does because the car is moving and you can't see the smoke trail behind you? Is it worse some times than others? C'mon buddy, help us out.
If it happens when you are slowing down that means it is happening when the engine is pulling a lot of vacuum. Likely the oil control rings which leads to a rebuild. Don't assume that just yet though. Is it the same amount of smoke as when the last set of turbos were on?

PF will help you. A broken/warped apex seal will not cause smoking like that. If the car is using oil that quickly it could be a few things but with no visible external oil leaks, and if you have checked the intercooler to make sure it is not full of oil (bad turbos) I may lean toward the above, possible bad oil control ring.
And if you are running a straight through exhaust as it appears you are.. you should search on here about "boost creep". This is different from boost spikes and may cost you an engine. But this is just a suggestion that is unrelated to this topic.
