My car won't pass smog!
It failed the visual inspection, says air injection plumbing Disconnected. Could that be related to the BOV? Thanks!

No, that's your air pump! If it's gone, I don't think you will pass smog without the $100 mod

Yeah, that's air pump all the way. Get that shiz back on or get yourself a friendly shop.

If you have a aftermarket bov you will probably automatically fail the visiual inspection. I dont think the smog tech is stuip enough to mistaken the bov for the air pump. And if your air pump is disconnected it will never pass the tail pipe test.
