ACTUALLY... now that Ive posted a pic of the new engine does anyone know how to get that pulley off of the a/c compressor? Its was bent when I purchased the motor and I want to swap the one from my old motor.

Generally small claims court will get you a judgement, but that's it. Frequently there's no mechanism for collecting. So you might reck his credit score, but with guys like that, it was probably single digits long ago.
