Exclamation my car still won't run, take a look please

Ok here we go:
New Engine
New Single turbo kit
New 1600 secondaries

Basically the original problem was the secondaries would not open, a day later I also developed the problem of where the car would not start, it would flood out bad. If the car runs, I can leave it for a few hours and it will still start, but after sitting overnight, it won't start. when the car is running, I can drive it as long as I do not go on boost. I drove it 35 miles one night with no problems
So where I am now is, don't wan't to start, and secondaries won't open. Also I noticed that in neutral the car will rev smooth up to 7k when I first start it, but after it runs for about 3-5 minuets, there is a hesitation around 2-2.5k then it's fine up to 7k
My power Fc commander shows all the settings are correct
I have removed every soliniod/emissions devices, and the OMP
All I have left is the basic stuf needed to run the car.

What I have checked so far, and tests OK
checked the air gap between sensor ring and crank sensors
checked crank sensor resistance
Checked primary injectors and secondary injectors
checked power to injectors
checked all grounds under hood
checked the 4 grounds in the ecu connector
checked secondary resistors
checked for spark
checked all engine connectors

8 months ago the motor blew due to bad coolant seals, prior to that the car ran perfect.
I'm leading towards a bad ecu or something wrong with the engine harness

Anything else I should be checking that I did'nt?

I know this may sound like a broken record but are you sure your car is not having a fuel leakdown and flooding?

Are your 1600's installed correctly with the right resistors? What are your setting on the PFC for them? Have you considered swapping them out for the stock 850's and seeing if that solves your problem? The secondaries are easy to swap out for those who work on their car regularly.

also make sure the injectors are seated on the o-rings properly, as if they are not, they can leak. If im not mistaken, Usually when they are inproperly seated, its a very leak, but gradually it can flood your engine, as your engine does after sitting for a bit.

I know 10000% the secondaries are installed properly. As far as the fuel leakdown, it does'nt make sence that the car was fine the first 3 days. If I ripped on o-ring during the install, they should have leaked down from the beginning, but just to make sure I'm testing that right now, I turned the key a few times to build up pressure, then clamped off the pressure and return lines, So I'll check the pressure gauge in the morning, the only place the fuel can go now is through the injectors, so if the pressure is 0 I know the problem is in the injectors
