You probably have a major boost. Start by checking all of the larges hoses running from the intake to the turbos and then from the turbos to the IC.

I must ask - why the word 'hella'. What does that even mean? I see it all the time.

hella is like california term for "really" or "alot".

And yeah it sounds like a boost leak or maybe a pinched line.

Hella makes headlights.

I think you also meant "major boost leak". I agree - leak is the likely problem here.

Hella is one of the best word ever. You can use it every were. "Thats hella cool".

My friends car is doing this as well. But he has no boost leaks when we free rev the car in nutral. Also we have changed all the charge pipes and intercooler. Cant figure it out.

I did mean boost leak - you got it.

I always thought hella makes lights too

Guess I'm too old or too East Coast or something...

Well of course he wouldn't, even a perfect working stock seq system only makes about 4-6psi in neutral.

Forgot to mention even if you pushed an FD it would probably be faster than a Prius.

If you cant figure out whats wrong by that description, you need to sell that FD to someone with some common sense.

You do understand the concept of turbochargers and boost, right?

definitly check the lower bolts of ur TB intake elbow. if u have any of those loose or broken, you'll leak boost as well, and it may make noticeable weird noise.

well I looked over the faqs here and it suggested the first place to look was the y pipe coupler, I just looked at mine and I dont even know how my car has been hitting 6 psi, the thing was about 1/2inch short of being in 2 pieces.
