Unhappy my car makes a weird noise HELP!

I just changed the oil about four days ago and I could feel a significant change in the power of the turbos, but today the turbos have been making a "fluttering" noise or what I would guess is the turbos. Could this possibly be the cold weather? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

As in WHEN does it flutter. Does it sound like its at low boost, high boost, no boost, low RPM, high RPM, etc.

Tell us exactly WHAT you and the engine are doing when you hear this flutter...

The first thing you should do is purchase a Boost/Vacuum Gauge. This will allow you do see if you if you have a possible vacuum leak, what your boost pattern is, etc...

Depending on what the symtoms are, it could be a number of things.

Info on the noise...

It seems to make the noise anytime I press the accelerator. It even does it when I first start the car and it refs to about 3000rpm, but when my foot is off the gas the sound disappears.
Thanks for the replies.

Also, how much oil did you put in when you changed it? Where does the oil sit on the dipstick when you check it? I had a problem recently that was related to overfilling. The recommended amount is NOT MORE than 4 quarts. Overfilling can cause a whole host of problems that is simply more than you want to deal with.
