Mulling/vibration on startup

Hi,
2002 FD RX7, 81000km.
When I start the car from cold, it starts but mulls at low rpm. Lots of vibration, and idles about 1100rpm.
After some time, at least 5 minutes, the rpms will jump up to 1800rpm for the remainder of the warm-up.
Once the car is warm the rpms drop down to around 800 and everything is smooth.

After a decent pull, some (not clouds) white smoke can be observed leaving the exhaust as the revs drop back down to idle.
I also observed some white smoke arising from the engine bay, and when looking under the car, noticed white smoke coming from a location near the turbo actuators near the drivers side (RHD) wheel well. Photo attached
I've looked through the forums and found a lot of information but cant quite apply it to my case. I'd appreciate if someone could help me out on this and provide me with some guidance or advice.
I'd love to pursue every avenue before assuming the car requires a rebuild. Those cost around 14k and 3 months here.
Switchover from 1100rpm to1800rpm:
Leaking/smoke from under car:

Thank you all for your time.

First 3 things to check....
1: cold compression test then hot compression test
2: Fuel pressure, fuel filter, fuel pump sock
3: do you have the stock cat? If yes, remove and inspect the internals

What it sounds like is its "getting over" something as it warms up. The 3 thing listed above are what immediately come to mind that would cause what you have going on or at least contribute to it. Are you on a stock ecu?

Failed water seal will start on one rotor. Is it consuming coolant?

Ill inspect all the things you mentioned. Agree it is getting over something.
I have a PFC. If you have any guidance on how to check everything is correct on that, I'd be happy to hear it. Could it be to do with timing, inj duty, or the air/fuel map?

Not sure if it is consuming coolant. There is the apparent leak in the video I uploaded, but not sure if it is anything more than that.

Unless a TPS, air or coolant reading is very obviously wrong you probably won't learn much from from PFC. If new plugs don't fix it my money is on coolant.
