MTL change

About how often do any of you change your MTL? My shifts are starting to get a little stiffer than normal. I just passed th 73K miles. Any help?

I used redline, 50,000 miles. I'm sure the Redline does help, especially in cold weather, but the syncros still seem to go.

first off, i hope you are not using MTL redline but the MT90. Search soem threads, there was a recent one wehre everyone seemed to like neo.
