Mounting location for Aquamist 1d

Since I don't run the A/C, I put the Aquamist pump on a custom bracket where the AC compressor used to be. The line feeds into a 5mm jet drilled into the Greddy pipe.

looks sweet! However dont those pumps have to have air to keep cool? Thats the only I would be worried about.

Yes, but I don't think I'll be running them for more than 45secs to a minute (set up to spray at 8psi). The installation manual didn't seem to require installation with cool air.

Nice Spot, I've thought about doing that for my coils.

I think it would get a rather decent amount of air on it. It's not exactly in a tight spot, or behind anything. Should be enough airflow in the bay to keep it cool enough.

What is that thing in the line after the pump but before the nozzle? Is it a check valve?
