Everyone was right about the motor mount being the most challenging part of the romoval. It took several attemps for me to clear it. I had some 2 by 4 around and used it to wedge between the sub frame and engine.

Thinking og doing a 13B-REW swap on my MK2 Jetta. Hmm, 320Hp rotary on a 2400lb front driver.

The inside of my bell housing was completly greased up but the flywheel is clean? How did that happen?
