More Direct way of asking: Rich Problem
because im trying to figure out whats wrong...its a LONG drive to my "source" and i NEED my car. im looking for experts who KNOW what could be wrong to help me SAVE a trip/time at the shop if i need to go
It could be something as simple as a bad o2 sensor, if there's a problem at all. You should be able to discuss the issue with your builder over the phone and at the least narrow down the troubleshooting list.
As far as helping yourself, have you gone through the troubleshooting section of Section F of the FSM?

have you checked your tps?
my FC one would lose about 2-3mpg if it wasn't adjusted correctly.
Did you change your oil at 500miles? Oil changes help a bit.
check air filter?
Cats?
sparkplug wires?
What type of rebuild? Which seals. Used housing take a bit to break in.
Low compression = naughty gas milage
Did you have any porting done?
Were the injectors cleaned?
Basically there is a mess of things that can do this.
call the source and ask or just start digging.

Someone is going to have to take a wrench to the car and start testing some things whether it's you or the shop who did the work. As I said earlier, you should take it to the shop so they can't say you caused the problem and end up costing you more money in the end.

If it were me and I spent money to have all that stuff installed; I'd make damn sure they did their job correctly and completely. They would be getting bugged every darn day until my car acted like it should.
yea ive been talking to one of the people online and they dont know unless they see it...they knew it was running really rich before they let it go, so if they dont fix it im going to be pissed
