modify koyo for v-mount.....

Does anyone have info for what is needed to modify a koyo to use for v-mount? My car is at rotary power awaiting a tune to finish my gt35r setup and I wanted to have them do the aluminum welding to finish the v-mount (ic is already in place) but they were not sure if it would be best to modify the koyo i already have or to order a different radiator.

Depends on orientation of IC and Rad, do a search for Knights Sport V-mount.

Look in the single turbo forum for a post by Atihun named something like "GT35r here I come" or something like. Atilla used a Koyo for his Vmount.

you need to cut n plug the bottom tank outlet and divide the top tank down the middle and make a new taller driver side tank with new water outlet, you will also need to reposition the inlet to face the water pump outlet.

ive done this mod for my v-mount and other club members... if your shop doesn't want to do it you can send it to me.
