^Great question. I'm in the process of installing dual earl's coolers and I'm wondering the same thing. I don't think that the stock ducts will fit with these thick *** coolers.

To get the full benefit of those beefy coolers, you really need larger openings in the bumper. I buddy of mine used a dremel and carefully opened up his oil cooler passages by about 1 inch all the way around.

I'm running some comparatively small R1 dual coolers, but with the larger 99 bumper and proper ductwork and my oil temps have been satisfactory, even on track running 16 psi for 20 minute sessions

The stock ducts are about 1 inch short all around so opening the bumper vents make sense.
But as fas a bumper to cooler duct I guess it's gotta be improv- with some sort of metal or plastic

I also am running mocal coolers with the 93 bumper. It is crazy how small the openings are in the bumper. I am planning on opening the bumper inlets and fabbing some fiberglass ducts after my build is complete. It would be interesting to see those enlarged openings on the car.

I use carbon fiber ducts with 19 row mocals. came with the cwr kit.

IMO with proper ducts you don't have to cut up your bumper as long as the opening is at least 1/4 the area of the core

I don't think that my stock ducts will fit these cooler's. I'm going to have to come up with some other option I guess.

I have a pair of CWR original carbon fiber ducts for the dual 19 row Mocal coolers with a stock front bumper I can part with.

PM me if interested.

I am afraid to ask for a price since carbon fiber parts seem to be ridiculously expensive.
PM me if interested.

lmao, nooo, i go to school for industrial design.. im building a chair out of sheet metal now for my final project so i picked up some big boy tools to help aid in the fabrication (metal foot shear and break) so bending and cutting sheet metal is fairly easy im planning to go VMIC and make all my ducting... i dont THINK its that hard but well see

al you work with sheet metal?!?!? what do you do?

It's not that I am not capable of making and fabbing stuff is that I just dont want to. Every time I get into these little projects I end up spending more time and money buying tools and material than just just buying something that is already made or even direct bolt on. But it would be cool watching you (bubbles) pull your hair out fabbing ducts for me lololololo.
