Missing some bolts? (Plugs?)

Ok, So I noticed a few holes that I think should have plugs in them, as i removed the bolt on the left of the open hole on the right side of this picture an it leaked coolant. Nothing seems to be coming from either open hole but if they should be capped off I'd like to know. If so what size is the plug? I tried a couple I had (5/16, ?)and they were just a little big. Oh and if you could'nt tell from the pic this is in between and under the spark plugs. Thanks,

The reason coolant leaked from the plug you removed is because it's the drain plug for the block.
Nothing is typically in those other holes on an FD.

Right on, Thanks for the info. I won't worry about it then.
