Missing main engine ground and split air tube part number

Anyone know the part number for that and where I can get it at best price ?

Also I'm looking for the split air tube with the 1 way exhaust valve that connects to the stock main cat. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks

The ground wire is FD02-67-E70, I got it from Ray Crowd for about $6.
