Might be a 3rd gen owner...keep reading to find out...

...well...

It all started when I began working at my new job, about 4 months ago. It's a courier service for a printing company. Not only did I begin doing courier services, but I also was a floor boy in the Bindery when they needed help with collating, and other kinds of paper/printing preparation, that was needed.

I then spoke to one of the workers who happened to be the brother of the boss. He's a lot more talkative than the my boss, and he's also got much more of a humor.

So just as I was about to leave to pick up some printing plates, Ron, (my bosses bro) told me to take off and pick something else up, too. I groaned and grumbled, and just before I left he said ''Hey...i thought you LOVE driving? What are you complaining about?'' Then I pointed outside to my shitty family Beater that I drive (which is the new Kia Specta 5) www.kia.com) and Quite frankly I hate driving that underpowered crappy car. He laughed and told me that it's alright and If I have another car of my own. I told him I recently bought a first gen Rx-7 and he said ''Rx-7...my bro has one of those. Yeah...its a ninety something year...looks really nice...why didn't you ask my bro if you knew he had the car you wanted?'' Then I flipped...I thought to myself...''My boss owns a 3rd gen!?!" And I calmed myself just enough to ask Ron why he drives his Porsche Boxter rather than the 7, and he says that he Just feels more sporty/luxurious with his porsche. And then I took the final step and asked Ron for a favor to ask my boss if he's willing to sell the 7. Because Ron told me that it hasn't been driven for nearly a year now.

So...what I DO know is that my boss owns a 7, and he doesn't drive it, and he makes a LOT of money. I'm hoping he doesn't need the 7 so that I can dive in a maybe even get a great deal! I'll get the answer if he's going to sell the car or not, by tomorrow. So..i'm crossing my fingers!

Hey, I work at a printing company doing the exact same thing. I started about a 1 1/2 years ago and I found out that my Boss' son(who also works with me) has an FD with 450rwhp. Now, 1 1/2 yrs later, I am buying an FD next Monday. Good luck on getting yours. I am going to be so much happier owning this FD than my MR2 turbo.

Do you have a price in mind? Are you well versed in what to watch for in FDs?

(At least half of all FDs out there are money holes waiting for someone to fall into, and the rest are just expensive)

good luck with your boss..........but be careful. if its cheap at the start, its usually a sign that it will get really expensive later

So, because you know someone who owns an FD, you're expecting them to up and sell it for a low price to you? Quite a dream there.
