Talking Messed up cluster needle position need help!!!

I recently put the white face overlays in my cluster and managed to screw the position of the needles and off on my rpm by like 200-300rpm's and 30-40mph on my speedometer...i tried but failed... if i were to take the needles out and drive the car for a lil bit and than push the needles in at the resting point will that be the way to go, or is there a specific way to reset all the gauges needle postions, is there a trick i dont know about?

Help me!!!

lol, i know, i tried searching but i got 2 much junk and was very much waste of time, i will however try to get the 3rd on 3k rpm 50mph 5th on 3k rpm 80mph method tho and see where that will take me...

The thread link is appreciated, but none of the folloups of success of the original thread starter really followed, not sure, as always if you done it share it...

Thanks...
