mbc will not raise boost!
i cant figure it out guys ive been at it for hours, i am 100% sure its on the right actuator, ive checked all my solenoids and my vac can, i totaly opened my needle/bleed type boost controler and still wont go over 9 psi, the wierd thing is when i took out the wastegate vac line from both mbc and the wastegate solenoid the primary boost didnt move at all but the 2ndary went up to 1 bar... probably would have went higher if i didnt take my foot off as soon as i saw it start to creep up... can some 1 please help me out im tearing the little hair i have left out of my head

You mention you have a needle valve bleed type MBC. How do you have this hooked up exactly? It appears you are still sequential. Are you trying to raise your boost or control it from spiking? We need more specifics. Most use the needle type valves as a variable pill in conjunction to the factory solenoids.

i want to keep it in sequential, the mbc is connected correctly, i used to have a 4500 transitional spike that would get up to 13 psi, now with the mbc in place i get 8-6-8 i just want to get it back to 10-8-10 or maybe bump it up to 11, i have it hooked up like in this foto minus the prespool i left the prespool stock

Ok so what's going on is you are using a needle type valve as a variable pill for your waste gate actuator. Now the way that works is your factory ecu is still duty controlling the actuator yet you're increasing/decreasing the amount that the pill "dams up". This is the old school way to help keep your boost pattern in check. Your mods must be the cause of your spike. The newer ways that I have seen people use to control boost is as follows:
Get a pfc and set the new duty control values
Get 2 BALL AND SPRING type MBCs and cap the exits for the actuators (therefore bypassing the solenoids)
Get a good EBC like the profec b spec II. When this is used it is typically only on the wastegate side.
Now I'm not saying the needle valve type variable pill controller will not work. It's just the old school way of going about it. Because you're only getting 8-6-8, I imagine you bypassed the factory solenoids. With your type of needle controller the factory solenoid needs to remain in place.

This will be the best response you have received:
In order to increase boost, you have to close the controller on the wastegate line. The smaller the opening, the more boost you will get. Close it slowly until your boost starts to increase. If you close it too much, you will overboost. Needle valve controllers can work very well.
My suggestion would be to leave the oem pill in the prespool line, an use a needle valve only on the wastegate line
