Mazda RX7 FD3S 13B-REW AC Line Kit for Greddy Vmount (LHD)
Did you or the previous owner of your FD remove or disable the AC system to pursue more horsepower, reduce weight, or just to look cool?? Well, we all know that being hot and sweaty in an FD is definitely not cool these days? (Pun intended).
This exclusive and only kit on the market retrofits AC back into FD RX7's specifically with the Greddy Vmount IC kits. This kit is intended to work with the use of readily available RX8 AC compressors and condensers. The AC lines/fittings will work with or without the OEM ABS pump installed.
Our line kit replaces all the OEM lines, dryer, binary switch sensor, and ports. The only OEM FD part required in the in-dash evaporator. We have two kits available for LHD FDs running the Greddy vmount - only difference is what evaporator you are running (in dash); see photos on the website for how to determine whether you have a DENSO or MANA evaporator.
Product feature list:
These lines require 2-3 weeks assembly time. For those that have the JP3 front tow hook, we are looking for a solution to allow for use of the tow hook with the placement of the condenser/lines.
RX8 condenser mounting brackets are required for this kit to work as intended but are sold separately: https://jp3motorsports.com/products/...1614c0f3&_ss=r
We recommend replacing the OEM expansion valve and o-rings in the evaporator prior to installing kit to avoid any potential leaks.
