Mazda Reman

I went to the KD Rotary website to look at pricing to rebuilt a motor. What does it mean when they say "Remove and Reinstall w/ Mazda factory reman"?

Would it be better to have them rebuild or reman?

A reman is a rebuild from the factory. (Mazda) It usually includes new housings & sometimes new rotors.. & of course all new seals..
