Mazda Authorized Modification

I have a few of these stickers in my door jam, are they recall stickers or what?

The only thing I can think of is the ECU replacement thing. Most FD ECU's have a "Remanufactured for Mazda" sticker on them.

Recalls shouldn't need a sticker, the replacement parts are considered OEM.

Any recall or SSP(Special Service Program)work completed is recorded in vehicle VIN history with MNAO and indicated on a doorjam decal for reference. Is there a number on the decal?
